  • Yep! Poopy Pup™ provides dog waste removal services year-round, no matter the season or weather. Even in the winter, we’ll still be there to keep your yard clean. In areas with snow, most of the waste is still scoopable, so you can count on us to handle it all!

  • No need to be home—we just need easy access to your yard! Friendly dogs are welcome to stay outside, and our team will happily greet them. After each visit, we’ll send you a photo of your securely closed gate for peace of mind. If we haven’t met your dogs yet and you’re around, a quick introduction is always appreciated to ensure everyone feels comfortable!

  • Proper disposal is crucial for environmental safety since dog poop is considered a hazardous material. In Los Angeles, we’ll double-bag the waste and either place it in your trash can or leave it neatly at the side of your house—whichever you prefer. We always take care to ensure it’s handled responsibly!

  • Poopy Pup™ offers pooper scooper service plans starting at just $60 per month. Pricing varies depending on your yard size, service frequency, and the number of dogs. Most of our clients typically pay between $95 and $135 per month for regular service.

  • We’ve made payments super simple with our client portal. Once you sign up for a sign up, you’ll be able to login using your email to manage details about your orders.

    Here’s what you can do:

    • View all your invoices and past cleanups

    • Update your payment info

    • Manage your service

    Once your credit or debit card is linked, invoices will be automatically processed before each service, and we’ll email you a receipt.

    Your payment method must be linked before we arrive for your first cleanup.

  • At Poopy Pup™ the safety of our clients and their dogs is our top priority. To keep everyone safe, we clean all of our equipment and shoes between each yard using a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take pictures of your gate once we’re done cleaning, so you’ll know your pets are secure inside. Plus, all our employees undergo background checks to give you added peace of mind.

  • No contracts! You can start, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime by updating it in our portal or giving our office a call. Plus, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee—if you're not happy, we’ll give you your money back!

  • Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you keep them inside while we’re cleaning. The safety of our team is our top priority and if your dog shows aggression we may need to ask you to keep them inside or remove your home from our route to make sure everyone stays safe.
