Terms of Service

Accurate Quotes, No Surprises

We aim to give you an accurate price right from the start. However, the final price will be confirmed after we’ve completed your initial cleanup. If anything needs adjusting, we’ll let you know beforehand—no surprises or hidden fees here.

If you pause service for any reason and then come back, there might be an initial cleaning fee before we pick up where we left off. Don’t worry though—we’ll get things back on track quickly.

Payment Terms

  • Initial or One-Time Cleanups – Payment is due when we’re there to service your yard.

  • Ongoing Service – If you continue with monthly service after your first cleanup, your second visit will include a prorated charge for the remaining days of the month.

  • Recurring Payments – Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month, before we provide any service.

  • Late Payments – A $10 late fee will apply if your payment is not received on time. If payment isn’t made before your first scheduled cleanup of the month, we may have to remove you from the schedule.

  • Consistent Monthly Pricing – Our prices are averaged throughout the year, so even in months with 5 weeks, your rate stays the same—no extra charges.

  • Card Verification – When you add a credit or debit card to your portal, a small test transaction may appear. No funds are taken; it’s just a security check.

We keep payments simple and transparent—no guesswork. Our goal is to make billing as easy as our service: clear, predictable, and hassle-free.

Weather Policy

We’re out there, rain or shine, year-round. If bad weather prevents us from cleaning your yard, we’ll double up on the cleanup at your next visit. Monthly pricing stays the same—your dog’s mess doesn’t take a break, so neither do we.

Locked Gate Policy

If we show up and your gate is locked, we’ll try to reach you by knocking and calling. If we can’t get access, we’ll still charge for the visit but will make up for it by cleaning up extra waste at your next scheduled visit.

Cancellation Policy

No contracts, no commitments. You can cancel anytime with 48 hours’ notice. Just give us a call or update your info in the portal.

If you pause service and return later, we may need to charge an initial cleanup fee to get things back in shape.

  • Mid-month cancellations – If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, we’ll refund you for any unused service days. You’ve got control over your yard and your payments!

We keep things flexible and easy because we want our service to work for you, no matter what.

Dangerous Dog Policy

We love dogs (they’re the reason we do what we do!), and most of them are totally cool with us doing our thing. But if your dog is overly protective or aggressive, we’ll do our best to work around it. If we can’t safely clean your yard, we’ll notify you and make sure we clean up extra at your next visit to make up for it.

Safety comes first—if your dog’s not a fan of strangers, we recommend keeping them inside while we’re there.
